Austin Convention Center Hosts SXSW, Data Center World in March 2022
AUSTIN, Texas – The return of the South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference and Festival will keep the Austin Convention Center busy with conferences and events scheduled in March 2022. The Austin-based event that celebrates the convergence of the tech, film, and music industries is scheduled from March 11-20.
One of the premier multimedia festivals in the world, Austin-based SXSW will host live, in-person and online events this year.
The Austin Convention Center will play host to SXSW EDU from March 7-10, SXSW Film Fest from March 11-19, SXSW Music Fest from March 14-20, Interactive from March 11-19, and Flatstock 77 from March 17-19. The Data Center World 2022 Conference, hosted by Informa Business Media, is scheduled from March 28-31, at the Austin Convention Center. The global conference for data center facilities and IT professionals is one of the longest-running data center conferences that offer insight into current and future strategic issues.
The Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center are operated by the Austin Convention Center Department (ACCD), a division of the City of Austin. The Austin Convention Center Department continues to adhere to all City of Austin, Travis County, State of Texas, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
