Austin Convention Center September 2023 Events Include GalaxyCon, SpiceWorld, Permissionless, Connected Claims, Move America, and ICMA
AUSTIN, Texas – Six events are scheduled at the Austin Convention Center for September 2023, including GalaxyCon Austin, SpiceWorld, Permissionless, Reuters Event: Connected Claims, Move America, and the ICMA Annual Conference, along with one private business event.
From Sept. 1-3, GalaxyCon Austin 2023 is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center. This three-day festival celebrates fans of comic books, pop culture, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, gaming, and more. Their guest list and fan experiences include autographs and photo ops with celebrities, artists, voice actors, writers, cosplayers, creators, entertainers, wrestlers, and fan groups.
Spiceworks will host SpiceWorld 2023, a three-day IT conference from Sept. 5-7. Loaded with keynotes, workshops, breakouts, and one-on-one sessions, the conference aims to address work-related technical challenges with the usage of Spiceworks products.
From Sept. 11-13, Permissionless II is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center. Promoted as one of the largest DeFi (Decentralized Finance) events for crypto enthusiasts and builders, the three-day programming includes keynotes from Web3 leaders, curated panels, networking events, and other activations.
Reuters Event: Connected Claims USA 2023 is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center from Sept. 26-27. The event is for claims professionals, executives, and operators from the top insurers who are gathering to review benchmarks claims versus the competition, brainstorm with like-minded peers, network, and find expert solutions providers.
Move America is also scheduled at the Austin Convention Center from Sept. 26-27. The event promotes the development of sustainable urban transportation, offering innovation and new thinking in mobility, new business models, connecting between investors and start-ups, and showcasing new and under-represented transport modes.
From Sept. 30 to Oct. 4, the 2023 ICMA Annual Conference is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center. Hosted by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), the conference investigates how local governments enhance the quality of life in their communities by addressing critical issues such as climate change, housing, aging infrastructure, and economic development.
