November 2022 Schedule at Austin Convention Center Includes IoT World & AI Summit, Wedding Expo, Texas Conference for Women, AFROTECH, and Running Event
AUSTIN, Texas – The Austin Convention Center has six events scheduled for November 2022, including the IoT World & The AI Summit, an IAEE Central Texas Chapter Meeting, the Texas Fall Bridal and Wedding Expo, the Texas Conference for Women, the AFROTECH 2022 Conference, The Running Event, and one private business event.
IoT World & AI Summit Austin is scheduled to take place at the Austin Convention Center from Nov. 2-3. The two-day summit and expo will focus on technology needs in business, industry, and communities and offers subject matter presentations dealing with robotics, semiconductors, and future needs in quantum computing. The summit includes new product demos and industry-leading speakers in artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to improve human-machine interactions.
The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Central Texas Chapter Meeting is scheduled for Nov. 6 at the Austin Convention Center. The meeting is centered around the promotion and expansion of the exhibition industry, education, services, and resources for its chapter. The IAEE Central Texas Chapter encompasses Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and other cities in between.
The Texas Fall Bridal and Wedding Expo will return to the Austin Convention Center on Nov. 6. The one-day interactive and high-energy bridal show features food sampling, fashion and stage shows, and makeup artists. Other event planning seminars and topics include DJs, photographers, reception venues, bands, glam bars, and honeymoon destinations.
On Nov. 10, the 2022 Texas Conference for Women is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center. Promoted as Texas’s largest conference for women, it has a goal to amplify the influence of women in the workplace, motivate, connect and provide networking opportunities for skill-building. The one-day conference will also host sessions on personal finance, health and wellness, career advancement, and personal growth.
AFROTECH 2022 is making its first visit to Austin from Nov. 13-17. AFROTECH is the largest multicultural tech gathering in the United States, which convenes engineers, venture capitalists, recruiters, technologists, and culture enthusiasts from all over the world. Founded by Blavity, Inc., in 2016, AFROTECH 2022 scheduled at the Austin Convention Center will be the organization’s first conference held outside of California. In past years, more than 10,000 programmers, engineers, designers, founders, and entrepreneurs have attended the event that takes a 360-degree look at culture and tech. Along with workshops and panel discussions, the event schedule also includes learning lab stages and musical performances.
From Nov. 29 to Dec. 1, the Diversified Communications 2022 – The Running Event is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center. The three-day run specialty trade show is touting 38 educational sessions and 280 exhibiting companies for the event. The Running Event attracts industry professionals and race directors who focus on the latest in footwear, apparel, gear, and services.
