The Austin Convention Center Technology Services Division is the sole source provider of (wired and wireless) internet and technical services at the Austin Convention Center. We work closely with our clients and exhibitors during planning, deployment, and onsite event support.
Catering
Austin Convention Center Catering is our exclusive in-house caterer, managed by Chicago-based Levy Restaurants. Led by Executive Chef Brad Kelly, Austin Convention Center Catering specializes in bringing Southwest flavors to life with inventive dishes showing a unique flair.
Security & Safety
Our guests’ welfare is always top of mind. You can expect the utmost professionalism and experience from our team. They monitor our venue and parking garages 24/7, and work closely with local law enforcement, the fire department, and emergency medical services.
Utilities
Our utility services team takes great care in ensuring each event receives the utmost support. We can supply you with everything you need to succeed. Electricity, internet, water, and more conveniently delivered when and where you need it.
Rigging & Audio Visual
Freeman Audio Visual is our exclusive rigging vendor and preferred audio visual vendor. While most of our services are in-house, we trust them to make sure you are clearly seen and heard when you hit the stage.
